Meet the Person Behind Triple M Consulting
Rebecca Mancini
FounderMy journey in business started long before Triple M Consulting. Over the years, I've experienced business from many different sides—as an entrepreneur, employee, manager, and the person responsible for figuring things out when there wasn't anyone else to do it.
While living in my home state of Rhode Island, I spent nearly a decade as an Account Executive for a market research firm, working directly with small businesses and larger corporations. My work included helping develop research designed to improve employee and customer experiences.
After relocating to North Carolina, I continued building experience in sales, customer service, training, and management while remaining self-employed. When I entered the tax industry in 2018, I dove in headfirst. My clients quickly began calling me “Becky The Tax Lady,” a nickname that stuck and eventually became the brand I built around my tax practice. By the following year, I was managing a tax office, expanding on my experience of hiring and training, office operations, customer service, marketing, bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and the everyday problem-solving that comes with keeping a business running.

But some of my most valuable business lessons haven't come from a job title.
They've come from being a small-business owner myself.
I know what it's like to try to do everything yourself until you're overwhelmed. I know what it's like to have plans for your business but not always have the resources to make them happen. And I know what it's like to wish you had someone in your corner you could trust—someone you could talk to without judgment and depend on when you don't have all the answers.
That's a big part of why Triple M Consulting exists.
My clients don't need to have everything figured out before they come to me. There's no judgment here. We'll talk about what's working, what's not, what you've been avoiding, and what feels overwhelming.
